About Walker & Wodehouse

Following the closure of John Harvey & Sons Ltd wine merchants in July 2009, the company of Walker and Wodehouse Wines Ltd. was formed to continue the business. The heritage of John Harvey & Sons Ltd after 215 years of business was considerable and this legacy allowed the staff to continue the wine merchants and shipping trade set up all those years ago; close links and partnerships with growers and suppliers built up over many years, are at the heart of achieving outstanding quality and exclusivities.

Specialising in traditional wine growing areas of Europe, the company is adding to their portfolio, selected growers from the New World and “Own labels” for house wines, champagne and sherry. Walker and Wodehouse Wines strive to give, best advice, best quality and best service to our customer base of hotels and restaurants, caterers, retailers, wholesalers and the private trade.
